2. Troubleshoot
--2.1 The program did not work.
Please check the following:
Step 1. eTurabian compatible browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Safari 3.2.2 or higher. Please use browsers that are compatible with eTurabian program. The message shows in red on the top of eTurabian page like this:
You are using an unsupported browser. Results may vary.
Step 2. eTurabian program uses Flash (version 7 and higher). We check for the presence of Flash and let you know if you need to download Flash. To download Flash, please go to Adobe website.
Step 3. eTurabian program uses Javascript. You can check the browser setting if Javascript is enabled. Usually it is in the menu "options" or "advanced".
These three steps should be able to solve this issue. If the problem persists, please write to us.
